About Me

My photo
I consider myself an average person. My belief in God is my foundation, my ALL. In general life is hard, but to walk this life without my God would be unimaginable. My husband Chris, is an extraordinary man, loves God and Loves his family. We found ourselves walking the road of infertility 3 years into our marriage. It was a challenging road to walk through, but i wouldn't change a thing. God has its purpose for this valley we are traveling through (psalms 84:6) .With God's grace we have made this valley into a place of springs! I’m truly blessed. God has and continues to show favor in our lives. I pray every day that I never stop seen the good things God has done in my life.

We need the strenth of God

Satan tempts us at the point of our physical needs, not that we might gratify them to excess, but that we may think of nothing else & gratify them at the expense of our usefulness in this world. Satan tempts us at the point of our ambitious not that we may engage in positive evil, but simply accept the facts of evil, learn to live in it, come to terms with it and maintain a discreet silence in the presence of evil.  Satan tempts us on the point of religion, not that we might disbelieve in God. But, that we might demand certainty, that kind of certainty which leaves nothing at all to faith, nothing to God himself. These are the moral struggles that have reality for people such as we are. The subtle  temptation to renounce our duty in favor of what is attractive, that insidious allurement to a kind of half goodness, which is the essence of everything bad and which is the product of war evil.(
( God's time and Ours, 1965, A. P. Griffith)

Romans 7:14 - We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good........................................  23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me what a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

Blessed with a visit

We were Blessed this weekend with the presence of my sister and her family:)  Love to watch my nieces play with my kids, Enjoyed spending time with them.

God, please protect my sister and her family. Guide them every step

of the way. Amen!

The Grand Weaver....

We just heard that my husband didn't get a transfer request he had put in for. I'm relieved, I didn't really want to move there, God heard my prayers:)
My Husband and I had talked about it and prayed about this transfer, he felt he needed to put in for this in order to keep consistency with his request.
God knows, exactly what we need, exactly where we need to go. I trust HIM, nothing is new under the sun.
God works in His time, in His Way! "The older we get, the more you believe in the Grand Weaver. The younger you are, you want to weave on your own  (your life that is) " He has a plan, for us.  It's all of HIM, and almost nothing of you or me. - Ravi Zacharias

I know God will send us to a place where, my children will be available to thrive emotionally and spirituality.
I trust you Jesus, We will follow you Blindly!

If you are broken.

Psalms 34:18

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted
and saves those who are crushed in spirit .

Listen, we have an enemy that is not here to ruffle our feathers, he is  here to destroy our hearts!
God is always there, we just need to draw close to him:)

UNSTOPPABLE-----

http://kirkcameron.com/unstoppable

what makes us happy?

It's human nature to seek happiness, we deserve to be happy, yes! What is Happiness? Webster defines it as- 'feeling or showing pleasure or contentment'.
Does fame/money/clothes a beautiful home, bring happiness? Will  a beautiful spouse guarantee love?
Can we understand that sin by nature will destroy all of the above!  We are so desperate to find all of the above that we start rationalizing sin. So desperate to seek happiness, we are willing to violate God's MORAL law. Sin may not always bring a physical devastation. However,  when sin starts manifesting its self by devastating the relationship between spouse, parents, families, children and friends. Can we stop with our sinful nature? No, instead we soon start rationalizing sin, because we can't explain our actions. Sadly, soon everything we worked so hard to built starts to crumble.
When we stop seeking our own happiness, but instead seek God's will, ONLY then will we find a  unexplainable sense of  joy.  Our Creator is the only one who can describe who we are and what we Need.
Jesus, is a gentleman. He will never Enforce his will upon us. Instead he provides a slow encouraging way of love, he will never leave you content the with wickedness.
I am proof that wickedness no matter how hidden you have it, starts eating your insides with guilt.
THE CROSS has released my shame and anguish! Covered by the blood of Jesus, is my forgiveness. THANK YOU, LORD!

Jesus, provide me with strength and wisdom that I may relay this message to my children all the days of my life!

Be a World Changer!

"Be a World Changer, don't get pessimistic, don't loose Heart!"-R.Zacharia  -

One will try again, and again, and again to run their own life, don't be foolish! Totally surrender to the will of  God, your intimacy with HIM is the most important thing you will ever gain.

You have been called for a such a time as this. Esther 4:14

Happy B-day Meg- Back to school- hectic mornings

Kids are back in school and Megs B-day!

3 out of the 5 now in school. Crazy mornings, two bus pickups, two different schedules and then off to work for mommy! We are loving it:):):):)
Meg was accepted to school of the Arts, she absolutely LOVES it. She is my artistic child, she fits in perfect!  The boys remain in the same school, it's a great school but I pray they get accepted to charter or magnet school in the near future. We want to make sure they tap into the different gifts & abilities God has provided them with.

Celebrating Meg's 7th birth day! I love you Meg, thank you for all your beautiful notes and pictures. You have a tremendous gift, I pray the Lord guides you and leads you in the right path. May you seek Jesus, all the days of your life! We love you, mom and dad:)

I love how God has provided us with instructions on how to walk and live our everyday  lifes. I can't imagine trying to live this crazy, hectic life without the guidance, love and grace from our Father in Heaven!

Teaching our children to always respond to life, " what's next, Papa"!  when we face defeats or in the midst of our triumphs! God's Spirit will never leave us:):):):):):):)

Romans 8:14-17 (MSG)
12-14 So don’t you see that we don’t owe this old do-it-yourself life one red cent. There’s nothing in it for us, nothing at all. The best thing to do is give it a decent burial and get on with your new life. God’s Spirit beckons. There are things to do and places to go!
15-17 This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It’s adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike “What’s next, Papa?” God’s Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children. And we know we are going to get what’s coming to us—an unbelievable inheritance! We go through exactly what Christ goes through. If we go through the hard times with him, then we’re certainly going to go through the good times with him!

Another important verse for our FAMILY - Matthew 7:25-

These words I speak to you are not incidental additions to your life, homeowner improvements to your standard of living. They are foundational words, words to build a life on. If you work these words into your life, you are like a smart carpenter who built his house on solid rock. Rain poured down, the river flooded, a tornado hit—but nothing moved that house. It was fixed to the rock.

26-27 “But if you just use my words in Bible studies and don’t work them into your life, you are like a stupid carpenter who built his house on the sandy beach. When a storm rolled in and the waves came up, it collapsed like a house of cards.”
